Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original HadiGems box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
